Job summary

Legacy Lifecare seeks an HR Liaison in Newton Upper Falls, MA. This full-time role is 30 hours/week, 9:30AM–4:00PM, and pays $20.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience.

You will be the primary contact for employees and managers, maintain records, assist with HRIS updates, and support HR projects to enhance the employee experience. 1–3 years HR/healthcare admin experience preferred; strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

• 1–3 years HR/healthcare admin experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for employees and managers regarding HR questions, processes, and policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS updates and reporting.
• Partner with managers and HR to address employee concerns and ensure timely follow-up on HR matters.
• Support HR projects and day-to-day activities to enhance the employee experience.
