Job summary

CONCORD HEALTH SYSTEMS is seeking a Corporate Human Resources Specialist to lead HR across three healthcare facilities. You will develop and implement HR policies, manage the HR budget, and improve employee relations while ensuring legal compliance.

You will oversee personnel records, payroll entries, FMLA and worker comp oversight, recruitment initiatives, and benefits administration, with reporting to leadership and the Board as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree in business or related field with 2+ years in healthcare or skilled nursing setting.
• Proficient with common computer software and HR systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high confidentiality.
• Detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR policies across three facilities and monitor compliance.
• Oversee personnel records accuracy and training coordination.
• Review payroll entries for accuracy in timekeeping systems.
• Ensure FMLA and workers' comp oversight; OSHA document postings.
• Coordinate recruiting events and partnerships.
• Provide benefits and handbook guidance to staff.
• Assist scheduling to optimize staffing and reduce agency usage.
• Support ACA and PBJ reporting; communicate benefits programs.
• Track HR metrics and report to leadership; support performance management.
