AdventHealth seeks an experienced HR Business Advisor to guide change management, workforce planning, and talent development across facilities. You will partner with leadership to implement HR programs and ensure regulatory compliance while elevating organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with shared services, leadership coaching, and designing onboarding experiences that align with the healing ministry and mission-driven culture of AdventHealth.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Strong understanding of HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR analytics, employee engagement, organizational diagnosis, and federal/state employment laws.

• Influence, negotiate and gain buy-in at multiple levels within the organization.
• Drive employee engagement and change management initiatives.
• Coach leaders through change management processes and advise on long-term implications of decisions.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, leadership development and succession planning.
• Design onboarding and orientation aligned with business objectives and culture.
