AdventHealth in Maitland, FL is seeking an HR Business Advisor to drive employee engagement, change management, and workforce planning across the organization. You will coach leaders, partner with HR Shared Services, and implement HR programs aligned with facility goals.

The role requires 3+ years in HR, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and strong communication skills. Healthcare experience preferred; hybrid/onsite schedule with day shift.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge across HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR analytics, engagement, and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and organization
• Discretion handling confidential information

Responsibilities

• Acts as change agent influencing stakeholders across levels
• Drives employee engagement and change management activities
• Coaches leaders through change and advises on implications of decisions
• Liaises with HR Shared Services to ensure policy compliance and program delivery
• Advises on workforce planning, recruitment, and leadership development
• Partners on talent strategies and HR program implementation
• Leads onboarding, new hire experience, and orientation initiatives
• Supports performance reviews, compensation discussions, and succession planning
• Collaborates with leadership on organizational development and analytics
• Forges trusted partnerships with facility leadership and stakeholders
