Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare and multi-site organizations.
• Ability to work onsite in Johns Creek and travel to clinics when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all HR functions across clinics, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and maintain accurate employee records.
• Recommend and implement training and development initiatives for staff and leadership.
