Mass Lung & Allergy, PC located in Central Massachusetts seeks an HR Generalist to serve as the primary daily HR resource for about 85-90 physicians and staff. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, ATS, and benefits systems.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Massachusetts employment laws.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and leave administration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee recruitment and workforce planning for clinical and administrative staff.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and coaching.
• Administer onboarding, benefits, and leave programs in partnership with finance.
• Maintain HR policies, compliance, and HRIS data integrity.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership.
• Support OSHA/ workplace safety and HIPAA requirements.
