Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance & credentialing incl. primary source verification for licenses, backgrounds, immunizations.
• Clinical talent acquisition and onboarding to minimize vacancy rates.
• Employee relations and conflict resolution support for staff.
• Benefits and leave management including FMLA and disability claims tracking.
• Maintain HRIS records and audit for regulatory readiness.
