Job summary

MedLink GA in Colbert, GA is seeking a compassionate Human Resources Manager to support healthcare professionals and oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits enrollment, and policy administration.

You will conduct orientations, ensure OSHA and corporate compliance training, coordinate payroll changes, manage open enrollments, and partner with leadership to foster a supportive, compliant workplace that serves the local community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of general office experience or graduation from an accredited technical school and two years related experience; or high school graduation and four years related experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Post vacancies and manage recruiting advertising.
• Screen applicant paperwork for experience, skills, and qualifications.
• Screen applicants by telephone and initiate interviews with supervisors.
• Maintain records related to recruitment activities and candidate qualifications.
• Process enrollment and changes for benefits programs.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and training materials.
• Manage payroll system changes and log employee data.
• Open enrollments and benefit roll-out coordination.
• Address employee questions regarding benefits entitlements.
