Job summary

MedLink Georgia is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to support outreach and business development across the Northeast GA area. The role involves coordinating events, fostering relationships with employers, civic groups, and medical practices, and promoting MedLink's outreach initiatives within the community.

The candidate will manage CRM contacts, develop outreach materials, and collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone, in writing, and in-person to many levels of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and calendar-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Market health services in designated service area to employers and civic groups.
• Coordinate and facilitate open houses, wellness fairs and outreach events.
• Work with practices to fulfill outreach and business development plans.
• Attend Chamber events to promote MedLink's outreach initiatives.
• Liaison to medical, business, and insurance professionals including personal visits to distribute materials.
• Document new contacts into CRM and maintain accurate data in the system.
• Create an annual outreach plan and budget for the service area for Marketing Director review.
• Train practices on customer service goals and expectations.
• Maintain monthly activity logs of community outreach events.
