Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator at Kingwood Pines Hospital to provide administrative support for HR programs and services. Responsibilities include onboarding, records management, recruitment support, and maintaining HRIS data to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma (associates preferred) and about two years of HR/administrative experience in healthcare, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Two years' experience in human resources and/or administrative support in healthcare is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify that new hires meet position requirements including licenses, education, background checks, and drug screens.
• Organize and conduct orientation and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Maintain employee files, HRIS, and filing systems per regulatory and company standards; assist with regulatory surveys.
• Process employee changes and personnel actions in a timely manner.
• Assist HR Director with recruitment activities including communications, scheduling, and testing.
• Maintain online education and training records and curricula as required.
