Shores Nursing and Rehab Center in Port St Joe, FL is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to oversee HR operations for our nursing home. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and retention of both nursing and administrative staff to support high-quality resident care.

The role requires knowledge of Florida employment laws, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and fingerprinting clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
• Experience as HR Coordinator, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of Florida employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations for nursing home facilities in Port St Joe, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for nursing and administrative staff.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations, performance management, and training needs.
• Act as a liaison between staff and management to address concerns and improve overall employee satisfaction.
