Interventional Pain Institute (IPI) in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Associate to build referral networks with healthcare providers and expand patient access. This full-time, hybrid role blends community outreach with strategic outreach across the St.

Louis area. You will nurture relationships, coordinate events, support marketing campaigns, and track progress with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills required.
• Public speaking and presentation abilities required.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities within assigned markets.
• Represent IPI at networking events, community functions, and outreach activities.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and business development efforts.
• Coordinate event participation and maintain outreach calendars.
• Gather and communicate feedback from referral partners and community contacts.
• Track outreach activities and provide regular progress updates.
