Job summary

Interventional Pain Institute in the St. Louis area is seeking a Medical Scribe to document patient encounters in real time, capture histories, exam findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans while supporting physicians during clinic visits.

You will enter and maintain accurate information in electronic health records, schedule appointments, coordinate follow ups, protect patient confidentiality, and work in a busy healthcare environment with a collaborative, physician-led team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately capture and document medical information.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable software.
• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Work Alongside Experienced Pain Physicians

Interventional Pain Institute (IPI) is hiring a Medical Scribe to join our physician-led team in the St. Louis area. This position is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare who enjoys working directly with physicians and has strong attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Document patient encounters in real time, including histories, exam findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.
