Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business development experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field; or 5+ years of sales experience in Healthcare.
• Demonstrated skill in developing strategic partnerships and building lasting relationships.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development and marketing plans to increase patient volume.
• Identify new opportunities and build relationships to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to promote new programs and services.
• Travel to meet community partners and stakeholders and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Represent the organization in community programs to foster growth.
