Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience for Director and typically 10 years for Senior Director.
• Healthcare business development, provider network, physician practice growth, or transaction experience.
• Knowledge of physician practice economics, provider decision making, value-based care, and local healthcare markets.
• Proven track record as an individual contributor with target achievement and ability to shorten complex sales cycles.
• Self-directed and metrics driven, with strong communication, time management, analytical, and organizational skills; established local relationships and reliable transportation.
