U.S. Bank is seeking a high-performing Healthcare Mid-Market Business Development Executive to drive growth in healthcare organizations generating $50M to $1B NPR. Build executive relationships, modernize patient payments, and improve financial performance with strategic solutions.

You will lead discovery, deliver ROI analyses, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close complex deals and establish long-term partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful solution sales experience.
• Experience selling into healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory strategy targeting healthcare organizations with $50M–$1B NPR.
• Engage CFOs, Revenue Cycle leaders, CIOs, and other executives.
• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Lead discovery sessions and value-based conversations.
• Prepare presentations, ROI analyses, and executive proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for deals.
• Negotiate contracts and establish client partnerships.
• Represent U.S. Bank at healthcare events and conferences.
