Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program, freshman or sophomore with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Able to commit to the full-time, 10-week internship program.
• Candidate must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Support development of a statewide Community Engagement Impact Map that layers Medicaid membership, community engagement activities, partnerships, and communications efforts.
• Collect, organize, and validate information from internal partners for use in the project inventory and visual story.
• Analyze available information to identify patterns, areas of strong coverage, and opportunities for future engagement.
• Translate information and findings into clear visuals, presentation materials, and concise leadership-ready summaries.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and selected community engagement activities to build knowledge of health plan operations and community needs.
• Provide regular project updates, incorporate feedback, and maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Present the completed project, key findings, and practical recommendations to department leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
• Support related Growth and Community Engagement priorities as assigned and as time permits.
