Molina Healthcare offers an internship program designed to build the next generation of healthcare leaders. Interns work on meaningful projects and collaborate with experienced professionals to gain insight into Molina’s culture, mission and values.

Interns will perform substantive work, learn about Medicaid quality improvement, and interact with healthcare professionals and community leaders. This 10-week, full-time program develops talent through experiential learning and training.

Competenze

• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate freshman or sophomore with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Able to commit to full-time, 10-week internship program.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Assist with Quality Improvement (QI) projects and interventions.
• Learn and apply IHI Model of Quality Improvement (Plan-Do-Study-Act).
• Collaborate with QI Provider Engagement, Quality Analytics and Quality Compliance teams.
• Support health equity analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Perform analytical work and contribute to program objectives.
