Intern #1 will join Network and Operations to analyze providers using Salesforce, create Wisconsin-focused reports, and help document workflows

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program in the United States, freshman or sophomore.
• GPA 3.0 or higher required.
• Commit to full-time, 10-week internship.
• Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and catalogue providers by type, size, impact, and geography using Salesforce.
• Create reports to understand Salesforce usage and inform Wisconsin strategy.
• Develop a documented approach for cataloging workflows in SharePoint and Teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance as required.
