Qualifications

• Requires current enrollment as an undergraduate student (freshman or sophomore) with GPA 3.0+.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships and work with community partners.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and community engagement efforts with Molina partners and internal teams.
• Assist with enrollment activities and community-based events.
• Utilize data sources to align with KPIs and improve engagement decisions.
