Job summary

Weaver seeks a Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager for Healthcare to lead internal audit and compliance engagements for healthcare clients in a growing practice. You will drive risk assessments, COSO applications, and advisory work at the executive and board levels.

The role requires CPA/CIA or equivalent, 4+ years in client service or consulting, and strong communication. Master’s degree preferred; Weaver offers competitive benefits and a supportive, growth‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, business management, public administration, or related field.
• CPA, CIA or other relevant certification.
• 4+ years in client service, internal audit/compliance, or consulting.
• Healthcare industry experience in internal audit or consulting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of COSO, IIA standards, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of internal audit, compliance, and consulting services for healthcare clients.
• Develop relationships with clients and senior leadership; present at executive/board level.
• Mentor and develop staff; manage projects with independent thinking and timely delivery.
