Job summary

Weaver's Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team seeks a dynamic Manager to lead our Healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will drive internal audit, compliance, and consulting services for diverse clients and build strong client relationships at the executive level.

Applicants should have CPA or CIA, 4+ years in relevant roles, and deep knowledge of COSO and IIA standards. Strong project leadership, mentoring, and staff development are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or related field.
• CPA or CIA or other relevant certification.
• 4+ years in client service, internal audit, compliance, or consulting.
• Healthcare industry experience in internal audit or compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of internal audit, compliance, and consulting for healthcare clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and boards.
• Demonstrate strong writing skills and executive presence.
