Integrated Medical Professionals, PLLC is seeking an Office Manager to lead the front desk and administrative functions in our Bethpage clinic. You will guide staff, ensure policy compliance, manage budgets, and coordinate with Providers to maintain high‑quality patient care.

The role requires HR experience, knowledge of healthcare operations, and strong communication. A high school diploma is required; Associate’s degree is preferred. Competitive benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to front desk team and implements policy changes.
• Ensures staff have resources, tools and training.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Establishes front desk objectives and procedures.
• Manages budgets, records and contracts.
• Maintains front desk supplies and equipment.
• Leads recruitment and interviewing of new staff.
• Addresses patient complaints escalated to management.
• Oversees performance reviews and scheduling.
• Attends monthly manager meetings and communicates to staff.
• Conducts orientation and training on front office policies.
• Collaborates with Providers and Management to ensure patient care quality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
