Qualifications

• Alternate: high school diploma with three years general secretarial experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answers phones, routes calls, and creates patient cases as needed.
• Maintains patient demographics in the electronic health record.
• Schedules appointments and updates provider schedules in the EHR.
• Assists with daily reconciliation and end-of-day processes.
• Educates patients on fees and slides fee scale policies as applicable.
• Supports billing and claims documentation for services rendered.
