Marvin and Betty Danto Health Care Center in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet patients, families, and staff, answer calls, and manage a welcoming front desk.

You will be the first point of contact, helping to create a positive first impression for every visitor while coordinating messages and information with care teams, and providing essential administrative support.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in healthcare administration or related field an asset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, families, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
• Coordinate appointments, surgeries, and treatments with patients and healthcare teams.
• Provide administrative support to healthcare teams, including preparation of reports and documents.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors.
