Beckley Comprehensive Treatment Center in Beaver, WV, part of Acadia Healthcare, seeks a Receptionist for our outpatient opioid treatment program. The role involves greeting visitors and patients, answering phones, and handling general information about the clinic.

You will schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and assist with administrative tasks in a healthcare setting. This position supports a compassionate, patient-centered approach within an addiction recovery environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous office/administrative experience required; healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience in answering phones, billing, typing, and filing.
• Comfortable working in an addiction recovery environment.

Responsabilités

• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars.
• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors.
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to destinations.
• Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations.
• Enter customer data and send correspondence.
• Copy, file, and maintain documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email; and,
• Perform other duties as assigned.
