Opti Staffing Group is hiring for a Medical Office Professional in Anchorage, AK. The role involves front-desk duties, patient check-in/out, phone support, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, EMR data entry, and coordinating referrals in a fast-paced medical office setting.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay from $18.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience, and opportunities with established healthcare organizations in Anchorage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors at front desk.
• Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient questions.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and update patient information.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in EMR systems.
• Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations.
• Assist with billing or accounts receivable when applicable.
