You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect copays, and coordinate with clinical teams. Applicants should have 1–3 years of front desk experience in healthcare, a HS diploma, and proficiency with EHR/EMR systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years front desk or administrative experience in a medical/healthcare setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of insurance verification, billing basics, and patient intake.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient-facing protocols.
