Qualificações

• 1 year+ proven front desk or administrative experience, preferably in medical office.

• Excellent customer service, communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinic.
• High school diploma required; certificate in office or medical administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments to maintain a smooth daily schedule.
• Greet patients, check in, answer calls, and route inquiries professionally.
• Process payments and verify transaction accuracy.
• Maintain patient records in EMR in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Organize front office and communicate updates to management.
