Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Part-time Guest Services representative at the Union campus to greet patients and visitors, assist with wayfinding, and coordinate transport needs. You will support front desk operations, answer calls, and help maintain a clean, safe lobby while delivering exceptional service in a healthcare setting.

High school education is required; 24 hours per week with weekend and some weekday shifts. Pay range is $18.85–$28.30 per hour and benefits are eligible.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Computer and data entry skills required.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients, visitors, and guests with excellent customer service.
• Assists with way finding and escorts to destinations as needed.
• Helps transport discharged patients to their vehicle or other transport.
• Answers incoming calls in a courteous, helpful manner.
• Directs volunteers at the front desk and supports clerical duties.
• Maintains a neat, organized lobby and safe environment.
