Job summary

Confluent Medical is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead corporate FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will manage a cross-functional team, drive cost analysis, and own the company-wide reporting and KPI framework.

You will partner with the CFO and Senior Leadership to deliver insightful financial metrics, oversee BI tools (Power BI, Domo), and guide strategic decision-making across SG&A, pricing, and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years experience in FP&A or Operational Finance leadership roles.
• 10+ years of people management experience.
• Strong accounting and systems skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning, Epicor, Power BI, and Domo are prioritized.
• Demonstrated experience leading annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning in a multi-business environment.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Executive presence and interpersonal communication skills, with well-honed influencing skills.
• Effective written, oral, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate FP&A and planning, including annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for SG&A and centralized cost centers.
• Oversee BI and reporting using Power BI and Domo; establish data governance standards.
• Lead M&A due diligence and integration planning and execution.
• Develop FP&A team through recruiting, coaching, and performance management.
• Prepare Board and Senior Leadership materials.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide value-added analysis and drive cost optimization.
