Job summary

Confluent Medical Technologies seeks a Director, FP&A to lead corporate financial planning and analysis, including the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years FP&A or operational finance leadership experience; 10+ years of people management.
• Strong accounting and systems skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Epicor, Power BI, Domo.
• Experience leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in a multi-business environment.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Executive presence and strong communication; able to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent time management and project management skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate FP&A & planning calendar, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead BI/reporting using Power BI and Domo; ensure single sources of truth and consistent metric definitions.
• Oversee SG&A budgeting, centralized cost accounting, and capitalization methodologies.
• Lead Commercial Finance & pricing analysis, including margin analysis by product/customer and price reviews.
• Manage cash flow forecasting in collaboration with Treasury and Controllership; set working capital targets.
• Drive M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration; provide financial modeling support.
• Develop FP&A team through recruiting, coaching, and performance management; prepare Board materials.
