Zusammenfassung

Confluent Medical Technologies INC. seeks a Director of FP&A to lead the corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial strategy. You will drive the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and M&A due diligence, partnering with the CFO and Senior Leadership to deliver actionable insights.

You will own centralized cost accounting, SG&A budgeting, and create executive dashboards with Power BI and Domo, ensuring data governance and a single source of truth for finance and operations.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance required; MBA preferred.
10+ years in FP&A or operational finance with leadership experience.
Strong accounting, systems skills (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with BI tools.

Aufgaben

Own corporate FP&A calendar, annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning.
Lead SG&A budgeting, centralized cost accounting, and LEAN capitalization.
Oversee BI/reporting using Power BI and Domo with governance standards.
Manage M&A diligence and integration planning and execution.
Provide executive-level analysis and board-ready reporting.
