Job summary

Confluent Medical Technologies Inc. seeks a Director of FP&A to lead corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling. You will drive SG&A budgeting, centralized cost accounting, and pricing analysis while delivering executive-level insights.

You will oversee the FP&A team, manage M&A due diligence and integration, and partner with the CFO and SLT to provide meaningful financial metrics and decision support. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years FP&A or Operational Finance leadership experience.
• Experience leading annual budgets, forecasting and long-range planning in a multi-business environment.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate FP&A calendar and operating rhythm, ensuring information is available for reviews and Board reporting.
• Lead annual budget process with guidance, timelines, tools, and templates; ensure budgets are accurate and reconciled.
• Lead monthly and 12-month forecast process across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
• Develop short- and long-range planning models in partnership with CFO and SLT.
• Prepare monthly corporate reporting package with consolidated statements and KPI analysis.
• Administer planning tools like Adaptive Planning and Epicor.
• Own BI/reporting using Power BI and Domo; establish data governance and consistent metric definitions.
• Partner with IT and finance leaders to deliver new reporting capabilities.
• Lead budgeting/forecasting for SG&A and centralized costs; monitor spend against budget.
