Job summary

Summit Healthcare Mgmt in Franklin, TN seeks a Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis to lead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, MD&A and FP&A activities. You will partner with accounting, revenue cycle and operations to deliver insights, drive process improvements and dashboards, and support budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial reporting or FP&A, Big 4 experience preferred, CPA preferred, and a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of public accounting, financial reporting or FP&A experience.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare industry strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes including MD&A for leadership and Board.
• Analyze results and prepare variance analyses for executives.
• Develop reporting packages for management, lenders, investors and Board.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to aid decision-making.
• Advance FP&A systems, data visualization, and internal controls.
