Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Three to five years of recent Controller experience, healthcare preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and revenue-recognition expertise.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-state accounting and consolidated reporting.
• Proven ability to lead a lean accounting team and drive process improvements.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP; improving reporting workflows.
• Experience in private-equity‑backed environments is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capabilities.

Mansioni

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities with GAAP-compliant statements.
• Oversee healthcare revenue recognition, ASC 606, and payer adjustments.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and ASC 842 lease accounting.
• Manage insurance reserves and other accruals; coordinate with risk and actuaries.
• Lead and mentor a lean accounting team covering AP/AR, payroll, and revenue.
• Establish controls, policies, and approval workflows for compliance.
• Drive system improvements and NetSuite optimization, including data migration.
• Oversee consolidated reporting and weekly cash-flow planning with CFO.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for executives/investors.
• Coordinate audits andOpen balance sheet integrity with external examiners.
• Support acquisitions, purchase accounting, and post‑acquisition integration.
• Collaborate with leadership on risk management and liquidity strategies.
