Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading large, multi-layered accounting teams through growth and change.
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP in complex environments; multi-entity experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, multi-layered accounting organization, including senior-level accounting leaders and their teams.
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting across a complex, multi-entity organization.
• Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely, GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership.
• Mentor accounting leadership and establish clear accountability throughout the organization.
• Partner with operational leaders to address financial matters and drive growth.
• Collaborate with FP&A, strategic finance, and business development to support growth.
• Lead accounting activities related to acquisitions and integrations.
• Drive standardization, automation, and scalability across accounting processes.
• Maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and balance sheet reconciliations.
