Expect 25–50% travel, base salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus commission, and a dynamic environment focused on improving communication for people with hearing loss.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a focus on helping others.
• Ability to meet or exceed targets set by management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Ability to present to groups clearly and tailor to professional audiences.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by demonstrating CaptionCall to healthcare professionals.
• Manage a territory with in-person visits and events.
• Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on referrals and certification.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and maintain CRM records.
• Adhere to company compliance policies and protect confidential data.
