Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service oriented with ability to promote services.
• Willingness to travel and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by demonstrating CaptionCall to healthcare providers and senior care administrators.
• Manage a territory through in-person visits, presentations and events.
• Coordinate patient certification and referral processes when required.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Log daily activities in the CRM.
