Qualifications

• High school diploma or state equivalent with some trade schooling or college.
• Minimum four years' experience in electrician, HVAC/refrigeration, or emergency backup systems.
• Familiar with OSHA standards and local codes; able to use required tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of HVAC, electrical, emergency backup systems, and hot water systems; adjust and record readings.
• Analyze system operation, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance on base building and critical equipment.
• Install and repair plumbing, piping, electrical controls, wiring, and motor controls; run conduit and wire machinery.
