Qualifications

• Proven experience as Operating Engineer in class‑A office or commercial facilities.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Hands‑on experience with HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and air conditioning equipment.
• Knowledge of critical systems including UPS, generators, fire suppression, and life safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical equipment.
• Operate and maintain electrical systems including UPS, PDU, and switchgear.
• Monitor life safety, fire detection, and lighting systems to ensure safe operations.
• Oversee building management and digital control systems for integrated operation.
