Qualifications

• Enrollment in an approved Technical School HVAC/R Program.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License and Minnesota Special Boilers License or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and healthcare facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Learn HVAC/R and building systems operations under supervision.
• Assist with HVAC pneumatic controls and building automation systems.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance tasks.
• Learn to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Assist with medical gas systems, gas piping, and systems safety.
