Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma from a vocational technical institute or five years of commercial building maintenance experience.
• Equivalency may be granted for ten years of relevant maintenance experience in a large facility.

Responsibilities

• Install, monitor and maintain operating equipment and property across locations.
• Identify repairs and replacements for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintain space temperatures and appearance for staff and patient comfort.
• Respond to facilities-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain preventative maintenance records and logs.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors with supervisor approval.
