Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across the facility, ensuring reliability of equipment and systems. The role includes installing, testing, repairing, and moving items as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed.
• Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons.
• Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage.
• Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed.
• Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises.
• Removes debris and remediates hazardous conditions.
• Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
