Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates, repairs and inspects plumbing and related utility systems in a hospital setting.
• Performs major and minor repairs and inspections; documents findings and actions.
• Maintains daily records and ensures paperwork meets regulatory standards.
• Follows hospital and department policies; adheres to Joint Commission, DOH and OSHA requirements.
• Ensures timely completion of PM tasks and necessary repairs.
