Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks a skilled maintenance technician to perform and repair plant operations, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and related hospital equipment support across the campus.

You will handle preventive, corrective, emergency, and project work orders, participate in the QA process, and contribute to continuous improvements and safety compliance within a busy health system.

Qualifications

• Stationary Engineer training is required.
• 200 hours of formal schooling in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
• Current state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance requests throughout the facility, including preventive, corrective, emergency, and project work orders.
• Evaluates routine and special repair requests to identify improvement opportunities.
• Performs various special projects and physical plant improvements.
• Performs work on all scheduled preventive maintenance and participates in QA processes.
