Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plumbing, electrical, and communications maintenance across locations. You will supervise and schedule staff, assign PM tasks, install equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and trades certifications. You will coordinate repairs, train staff, and ensure timely completion of work with proper documentation as per HIPAA and safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of job related experience in specific field of responsibility.
• Group Leader Administrative - CMMS Archibus experience.
• Group Leader General - Trade school certificate or journeyman craftsman or 10 years construction experience.
• Group Leader Communications - Registered Electrician.
• Group Leader Plumbing - Journeyman Plumber.
• Group Leader Electrical - Registered Electrician.
• Group Leader HVAC - HVAC trade school diploma.
• Group Leader Boiler - City of Pittsburgh Class A Stationary Engineer License and/or NIULPE.

Aufgaben

• Supervise, plan, schedule, prioritize, coordinate, and perform maintenance activities.
• Perform major and minor repairs to medical center mechanical systems.
• Assign PM tasks, equipment installations and troubleshoot systems.
• Monitor work performance and provide technical assistance to resolve problems.
• Prepare work schedules and assign personnel.
• Select, train and orient staff.
• Audit records for compliance and verify timecards in KRONOS.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (e.g., JCAHO, DOH, OSHA).
• Develop departmental policies and procedures within craft expertise.
• Ensure timely completion of PM tasks and repairs and proper paperwork.
