Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to support a hospital in the Memphis, Tennessee area. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems to ensure uninterrupted operations and patient safety.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational skills are valued as you follow established

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for building code and safety compliance.
