Job summary

PACS is seeking a Maintenance Worker to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and our policies. You will work under supervision to keep a reliable maintenance program across our post-acute care sites.

Responsibilities include following schedules, reporting incidents, coordinating with nursing staff, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring confidentiality of resident information.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance schedules and instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and operate basic maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for the assigned shift or area.
• Report accidents/incidents to your supervisor promptly.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services when in resident areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facility and equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow safety policies.
