PACS is seeking a maintenance worker to keep the grounds, facility, and equipment in safe and efficient condition in line with federal, state, and local standards and our policies. You will follow maintenance schedules and coordinate with nursing staff during routine tasks.

This role requires basic education and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with a focus on reliability, safety, and teamwork in a post-acute care environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform manual tasks.

Aufgaben

• Follow maintenance schedules for respective shift or area.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate routine maintenance with nursing services for resident areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facilities and equipment.
• Replace bulbs and ensure proper lighting.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
